So yeah, had my vacation, got back to work and life has been quite stressful lately :T
I managed to buy a new bow, wich I'll be needing for the competition and dear lord, my back is a mess T^T
For those who might not know, to pull the bow string you have to use the muscles from you back, it gives more stability and you can hold longer before releasing it.
Work has been hard, specially because I had to take my computer to change the screen (the crystal decided to leak) and I lost almost a week of work, since I wasn't able to make the comissioner's drawings, not to menton that I had to take some money that I'm saving for the travel.
Not to mention that I've recently discovered that for me to get in the world championship, I have to participate in at least 2 competitions that are being help in São Paulo, meaning more expenses
Huh... Not quite sure if people around the globe have any idea about the huge mess that Brazil became now (teachers are on strike; truckers are also on strike which is awful cuz' we're getting low on food and gas and lots of milk had to be trown away, not to mentioning the meat).
This stuff has been happening in the State that I live in, Paraná.
This has all been happening cuz' the govermanent approved some salarial raises for themselfs, a long with some "extra found" to help them with the houses, not quite sure how to explain in english, but basically it's some spare money that they'll receive every month to help paying a hotel, or a home rent (which is ok in case he actually need it, but they don't need that).
So, in order to try and restore some of the stolen money, they rose the eletricity bill (6% now and more 6% after June), the gas, and there are more stuff.
This has all been happening to try and cover up the losses from the FIFA World Cup that we had here, on last year.
Regarding for my artwork, I haven't been posting stuff here, because I've lots or sketches, which have been uploaded on my tumblr
Comissions are still opened
, in case anyone is interested :T
Hope that everyone has a great week! ~ Juli
